Made for graduation parties

One gallery across the whole graduation weekend

Use the same code at the ceremony watch party, the open house, and the dinner. Everything collects into one gallery, and one payment covers unlimited events if you would rather split them up.

Photos from both sides of the family

Aunts, grandparents, and family friends all take photos they never get around to sending. The QR code on each table removes the follow-up entirely.

A gift the graduate keeps

The finished gallery lives in Google Drive at full resolution, sorted and dated. It is the complete record of the day, ready to share with the graduate before they leave for what comes next.

How GalleryQR works

You create a gallery, guests scan a QR code, and photos arrive in your Google Drive. Setup takes about two minutes.

  1. Before your event

Create your gallery and print your code

Connect Google Drive, name your event, and you get a QR code plus a link like galleryqr.com/e/your-event. Print the code on table cards, project it on a screen, or text the link to everyone.

  2. During your event

    Guests scan and upload

Guests point their phone camera at the code and upload straight from the browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create. You can watch photos arrive live as a slideshow.

  3. After your event

    Everything is in your Drive

Photos are saved to your own Google Drive at full resolution, organized into folders by guest name, and each file is named by the time it was taken. The gallery never expires.

Where your photos go

Photos are stored in your own Google Drive, in folders GalleryQR creates for you. You own the files from the moment they are uploaded. Every file is named with the time the photo was actually taken, read from the photo itself, so your event stays in order.

Example Google Drive folder structure: a Summer Party folder containing a folder per guest (Maya, Dev, Priya), each photo named with the time it was taken, such as Jul 12 '26 at 9:41 pm - Maya.jpg

Frequently asked questions

Can we use one QR code for several graduation events?

Yes, either way works. You can point one code at a single gallery for the whole weekend, or create a separate event for each gathering. The $39 one-time payment covers unlimited events.

Do guests need an app or an account to upload?

No. Guests scan the code with their phone camera and upload from the browser. Nothing to install, no sign-up.

Where do the photos end up?

In your own Google Drive, at full resolution, organized into a folder per guest with each file dated from when the photo was taken. Photos never expire because you own the storage.
