GuestCam Pricing 2026: $49 or $97 Per Event vs GalleryQR's $39
Updated September 3, 2026 by the GalleryQR team
GuestCam costs $49 or $97 for each event, paid once per event. Guests can upload for 6 months on the $49 plan, or 12 months on the $97 plan. GuestCam keeps your photos for 12 to 14 months. After that, they are gone unless you downloaded them. There is no free plan.
GalleryQR is $39, paid once, for every event you will ever host. Photos go straight into your own Google Drive and stay there for good. You can set up your event for free, and you pay $39 when it is time for guests to upload.
We make GalleryQR, so keep that in mind as you read. We checked every GuestCam number on guestcam.co in September 2026. Where GuestCam is the better pick, we say so.

What each GuestCam plan gets you
Standard, $49 per event. Unlimited guests, photos, and videos. One main gallery with as many sub-galleries as you like. Guests can upload for 6 months. Photos are stored for 12 months. An audio guestbook is included.
Premium, $97 per event. Everything in Standard, plus a 12-month upload window, 14 months of storage, six main galleries with their own QR codes, 30 color themes, and a phone number guests can call to leave a message.
Both plans start their clocks on the event date, and neither charges per guest. GuestCam also sells MagicFind for $45. It uses face search so guests can find every photo they appear in. It is meant for photos from a professional photographer.
Per event, or once
This is the part that adds up. Say you host a birthday in the spring, a baby shower in the summer, and a family reunion in the fall. On GuestCam, that is three purchases, so $147 at the lowest. On GalleryQR, that is one purchase of $39, and it covers the holiday party too.
The other clock is storage. GuestCam deletes photos after 12 or 14 months. You can download a ZIP before then, and you should. GalleryQR has no clock, because we never store your photos. Each one goes into your Google Drive at full size as soon as a guest uploads it, in a folder with that guest's name. A year later, it is right where you left it.
Where GuestCam is the better pick
If you want an audio guestbook, GuestCam has a good one, and the Premium plan even gives guests a real phone number to call. If a professional is shooting your event and you want guests to find their own photos by face, MagicFind does that. And if you are running a multi-day event and want six separate galleries with six QR codes, Premium handles it.
Where GalleryQR is the better pick
Price, ownership, and every event after this one. GalleryQR is $10 less than GuestCam's cheapest plan, and you never pay again. Photos go to your own Drive, so nothing expires and there is no ZIP to remember. Guests see a live gallery as photos come in, can heart their favorites, and can watch a slideshow on a screen at the party. And if you want a sign on the table, you can design it in our studio and we will print it and ship it to you.
The bottom line
Pick GuestCam if the audio guestbook or face search is worth $49 or $97 to you for this one event, and you will remember to download the photos within the year. Pick GalleryQR if you host more than one event, or if you just want the photos to be yours, in your own Drive, for good. Our FAQ explains how the Google Drive delivery works.
